Misir Wot- Spicy Ethiopian Red Lentils
Misir Wot is a traditional Ethiopian red lentil stew often included in vegetarian platters. It is healhty and quick to make. Made with caramelized onions, ginger, garlic, and spices. The dish is simmered with red lentils until tender. It is typically served with Injera snd other Ethiopian veggie sides.
